The family is headed for vacation next week - far, far away from the homestead. So yours truly's next post won't be up until after the New Year.

It was quite a year, and I can't say enough how grateful I am to all the readers who stuck it out (or, to be more precise, stuck me out), and became followers of the blog again when I came back to the keyboard. You're dedication will always inspire me.Next year promises to be very busy for me, and I don't think I'll be able to post as often as I have over these last months. However, I don't plan to "go dark" this time.
